You might want to have a look at our FAQs in case your question has already been answered. If you’re a member of a pension scheme that has not transferred to Clara you should contact your pension scheme directly with any questions about consolidation or Clara.

How to make a complaint or raise an issue of concern with us

If you want to make a complaint about Clara, please get in contact with us and we’ll let you know the relevant process. If you want to raise a serious concern related to Clara or somebody we work with, both Clara Pensions and the Clara Pension Trust have Whistleblowing Policies which might provide a suitable route. Please contact us to discuss how you can raise issues with either Clara Pensions or the Clara Pension Trust via this route if relevant.
