What is the Clara journey?

We are a stop on the way

A stop that makes your pension safer on its journey to insurance – this will be the final destination. The Trustees who ran your pension scheme have decided that Clara can offer you greater security than relying on the corporate sponsor – the company responsible for your pension.

Clara is not the end point though.

When your pension first move to us, your administrator will not change. We’ll be responsible for your pension – financially and legally, you’ll get correspondence from us and the contact details you use may change. After around 12 – 18 months we may move the administration to our preferred partner, we’ll let you know if and when this happens. And when the time is right, we’ll transfer your pension to an insurance company. They offer even greater security than Clara does.

We care about making sure your pension is paid, you can contact us when you need to, get answers to your questions and have access to information when you want it.
