Clara Pensions is delighted to announce that Jayne, our Head of Trustee Services, has been named Pensions Manager of the Year at this year’s Women in Pensions Awards in London.

The award highlights Jayne’s central role in delivering Clara’s first transaction and her focus on making sure members were well-supported throughout. Over the past two years, she has overseen the smooth transition of more than 21,000 members and helped build the processes that underpin Clara’s model as it continues to develop.

Alongside her role at Clara, Jayne is passionate about mentoring people entering the pensions industry, whom she supports through the PMI. She has also helped explain Clara’s developing model to the wider sector – speaking at Professional Pensions events, contributing to PMI discussions, and working with PASA groups to support understanding of how consolidation is reshaping the DB landscape.

Commenting on the award, Jayne said, “I’m honoured to be recognised among so many inspirational women. Supporting members through change is at the heart of what we do at Clara, and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

Jayne’s recognition reflects her contribution to strengthening member security and supporting the next generation of pensions professionals.
